The Main Unit - Balance Wheel - Resistance Bands
THE MAIN UNIT
The main unit is the heart of the EdgeCross-X System, it allows you to put your body off balance. When you are off balance, your body will automatically engage the core muscles along with every muscle in the body to maintain stability. The longer you hold a position, the harder your muscles will have to work, providing the most effective and efficient workout possible, quickly giving you incredible results.
The main unit consists of the main bar that is constructed from high-quality metals, adjustable handles with comfortable grips, and interchangeable metal ends that have been covered in a dense rubberized coating that will provide a durable non-slip surface. Each of these components is very important in allowing the system to work effectively. Each adjustment will allow you to quickly increase and decrease the difficulty level of the workout according to your individual fitness needs.
LEVERAGE TAKES THE PLACE OF TYPICAL WEIGHTS
The handles have 4 different settings to quickly increase and decrease the difficulty of the exercise. Position 1= beginner, position 2= intermediate, position 3 = advanced and position 4 = extreme. Each position will add difficulty through leverage (leverage takes the place of typical weights) so you can take the EdgeCross-X system with you everywhere and eliminates the need to carry around bulky, heavy weights.
Each of the ends is interchangeable and has a very specific design, the 1/2 sphere is the easiest with the least amount of resistance, the globe is the intermediate difficulty adding more resistance, and the spear is the most difficult adding the most resistance.
THE BALANCE WHEEL
The Balance Wheel can easily be incorporated into your exercise routine to give you an incredible ab and core workout. The main unit is placed in the middle of the balance wheel, you will have to engage your core muscles as you roll back and forth on the wheel. The wheel has an hourglass shape at the center that acts as a channel to hold the EdgeCross-X in the center of the wheel while you are rocking from side to side.
There are many different exercises that you can perform using the balance wheel. The balancing plank, balancing pushup, one leg balancing pushup, rolling from side to side, twisting, tapping, and many more! Each of these exercises is unique and will challenge you and make you sweat.
The balance wheel's dimensions are 5" X 13" and it is made from the highest quality, durable molded ABS plastic with a dense rubber nonslip sleeve to provide optimal performance that really lasts.
THE RESISTANCE BANDS
When you are ready to take your exercise routine to the next level, you can add our specially designed resistance bands to bring unlimited versatility to your exercises and allows you to add extra resistance to all of the EdgeCross-X moves. The resistance band can also be used to perform many typical gym exercises to give you the most well-rounded workout possible. The resistance band system comes complete with three sets of high-quality fabric cover bands 20lb 25lb and 30lb, 1 pair of wrist straps, 1 pair of foot straps and a waist belt that will quickly allow you to add and decrease resistance. Each component has been custom designed specifically for the EdgeCross-X system.
